Sunset Hill 4WD Tour
$50 per person
Waiting for the great sunset over the Mundi Mundi Plains.
Duration: 1.5 - 2 hours
A minimum of 2 people needed for the tour to go ahead with bookings essential as well as 48 notice needed
Travel in an air conditioned and comfortable 4WD from the Eldee Station Restaurant veranda and be guided by station managers Naomi or Stephen up onto the ancient Barrier Ranges to watch the sunset over the Mundi Mundi Plains.
Inclusions wine or beer with finger food and a comfortable seat to watch the sun set over the Iconic Mundi Mundi Plains.

Here at Eldee Station we offer some great adventure options on your outback station especially for 4WD enthusiasts. If you want to do more than just be accommodated here at Eldee Station you also have two great options. These are going on 4WD Tag Along Tours and/or you have the option of paying a one only track permit fee for the duration of your stay to have access to our 4WD tracks. This permit is valid for 5 days from the date of issue and is in addition to your accomodation tariff. These tracks are not graded roads but old station roads and they take some thinking about to get around them. Are you looking for unfamiliar but fun countryside in outback Australia to drive through and test your driving skills, we have the rugged Aussie experiences you’re looking for.

Come and learn about how our station operates, the ancient geology of the Barrier Ranges and the iconic Mundi Mundi Plains-- the back drop and feature in many commercials and famous movies such as Mad Max-- plus the historic and natural heritage of Eldee Station. Sunset Tag Along Tours

We offer the option for the Sunset 4WD Tag Along Tours. We need a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the date selected and there must be a minimum of 3 vehicles participating in the tag along tour. Please contact us for more information.
